The Disenfranchisement Legislative Fund is the 501(c)(4) legislative advocacy arm of the National Civil Rights Research and Records Institute. DLF translates NCRRRI's research into targeted legislative action — tracking bills, publishing policy briefs, and mobilizing civic engagement to end systemic disenfranchisement.
